Estes Park, CO — August 2026MagicMenu Goes Live at Annunciation Heights in Its First Production DeploymentA Colorado mountain camp serving roughly 1,800 people a season now runs dietary intake, menus, meal counts, and distributor purchasing on one system.

Estes Park, CO — August 2026 — MagicMenu, the Kitchen Execution System for high-constraint foodservice, today announced that its platform went into production at Annunciation Heights, a Catholic camp and retreat center in Estes Park, Colorado, on August 2, 2026 — the company's first production deployment.

Annunciation Heights, part of To the Heights Catholic Camps & Retreat Centers, serves roughly 1,800 campers, guests, and staff each season across youth camps, family camps, rental groups, retreats, and a fall outdoor-education program. Its kitchen was run through the season on MagicMenu end to end: a branded five-step dietary intake completed by families at registration, event coordination and daily meal counts across overlapping groups, the chef's weekly plan with a product-level shopping list and one-click purchase orders through the camp's US Foods account, menus costed per serving, and buffet-line service configuration with printed allergen cards on every pan.

The deployment follows a Letter of Intent signed July 23, 2026, under which MagicMenu provides the platform to Annunciation Heights pro bono for at least five years, with the camp's feedback directly shaping the product. 2026 is the partnership's free baseline year: MagicMenu charges nothing while a reproducible purchasing baseline is built, and any savings claims come only after that baseline exists.

"Annunciation Heights trusted us with the most personal thing a camp does — feeding other people's children," said Dusty Dequine, Founder & CEO of MagicMenu. "From the first dinner of launch weekend, every guest's needs traveled from the registration form to the serving line. That is the whole point of this company, running in a real kitchen."

Guests noticed at the first services. "I've never felt this accommodated in my entire life," said Liz, 62, a gluten-free and dairy-free guest at the August launch.

Denver, CO — June 6, 2026MagicMenu Joins NVIDIA Inception to Scale AI Group Meal PlanningAI platform reconciles thousands of competing dietary, budget, and supply constraints — where legacy kitchen software stalls at a few dozen.

Denver, CO — June 6, 2026 — MagicMenu, an AI platform for safer, easier, and more cost-efficient group meal planning, today announced it has been admitted to NVIDIA Inception, a global program designed to nurture startups building with AI, data science, and accelerated computing.

Most kitchen software chokes on a few dozen dietary constraints. Real commercial kitchens face thousands. That gap is the problem MagicMenu was built to solve. The platform manages the full workflow — from collecting individual dietary needs, to designing compliant menus, to optimizing purchasing across retailers and wholesalers.

At its core is a graph-based operating system: real-time constraint propagation and neural-network-driven reconciliation across thousands of competing requirements — allergies, diets, budgets, inventory, and supplier availability — all powered by NVIDIA's technology. Where incumbents built on relational databases stall at a few dozen constraints, MagicMenu reconciles thousands.

"Being part of NVIDIA Inception gives us access to a world-class ecosystem of technical resources, go-to-market support, and startup expertise as we build the infrastructure for smarter group food planning," said Dusty Dequine, Founder of MagicMenu. "We're proud to join a community that helps AI startups scale faster and create greater impact."

Through the Inception program, MagicMenu has already received $5,000 in AWS credits, along with engineering support from AWS-sponsored AI/ML and architecture expert contractors. That support has been instrumental in strengthening MagicMenu's overall flow and the architecture underpinning its constraint-reconciliation engine — accelerating the team's path from prototype to production.

As an Inception member, MagicMenu also gains access to NVIDIA's developer tools, technical training, preferred pricing, and a global network of investors and partners — resources that will help the company expand its platform and reach more commercial kitchens, caterers, and institutional food operations.

About NVIDIA Inception: NVIDIA Inception is a free program that nurtures startups advancing industries with AI and data science. It offers go-to-market support, expertise, and technology to help members build faster and grow their businesses, with no cost and no equity requirement.

Empire, CO — May 31, 2026MagicMenu Signs Its First Letter of Intent with a Respected Colorado Adaptive CampMagicMenu's first signed commitment comes from an operator who feeds campers with complex medical diets every week of summer.

Empire, CO — May 31, 2026 — MagicMenu, an AI platform for safer, simpler group meal planning, today announced that a highly respected adaptive camp in Colorado has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent to explore MagicMenu across dietary intake, special-diet reconciliation, kitchen planning, and procurement.

The agreement is not yet revenue or a signed contract. It is a genuine, signed commitment from a foodservice operator running high-stakes, medically sensitive kitchens — and it marks MagicMenu's move from concept to a real-world evaluation environment.

Under the Letter of Intent, the camp has agreed to explore MagicMenu as a potential support tool for camp foodservice, dietary-intake, special-diet, and kitchen-planning workflows. The proposed next step is a low-burden evaluation after the 2026 summer camp season wraps up — likely in the fall of 2026 — reviewing MagicMenu's intake, dietary-reconciliation, menu-planning, and kitchen-output capabilities, and determining whether a future pilot or design-partner relationship would be useful.

The letter is non-binding. It creates no purchase commitment, exclusivity, or data-sharing obligation; it reflects a good-faith willingness to investigate the platform when camp operations allow. Should a pilot move forward, any use of live camper, participant, or health-related data would be governed by appropriate written agreements, security review, and required privacy and compliance documentation.

Why camps: A special-needs summer camp is institutional foodservice in miniature — a new population every week, complex allergies, IDDSI textures, diabetic and feeding specifications, and real high-stakes kitchen execution, alongside broadline foodservice integration and HIPAA-grade privacy expectations. Institutional camping is the first of MagicMenu's many B2B verticals. The company plans to prove the platform in this focused, high-complexity setting, then carry the same operational layer into senior living, K-12, and healthcare — with a product already tested against real-world constraints.

"As a Snowmass native, I grew up in these mountains — so helping a camp like this is personal for me," said Dusty Dequine, Founder of MagicMenu. "Every camper deserves a meal that's safe and made for them. If we can use technology to ease the burden on the kitchen staff and make sure every individual's dietary needs are met, that's exactly the work I want to be doing."

MagicMenu provides operational and informational support, not clinical, medical, or nutritional advice. Allergen-screened menus are built from ingredient screens against currently available product data; unknown data never passes a plate. They are subject to verification, and to the operator's own cross-contact controls, which reduce but cannot eliminate risk. Final ingredient, service, and guest-safety decisions rest with the operator. Guest information is handled under written agreements and appropriate privacy safeguards.
